Development of industrial capacities and needs in the State for their integration in strategic sectors,
through pertinent instruments such as financing, certification, training, among others.

STATE ENERGY AGENCY

Objective:

Increase Energy Security in the state that guarantees access and conditions to promote and boost the
competitiveness of the state, through sustainable energy development.

Actions:

Optimization and efficient use of state administration in matters of Electricity and liquid fuels (Gasoline
& Diesel).

Promote and drive the conditions for access to Natural Gas Supply, to the various productive sectors of
the state.

Energy Matrix towards Clean Energies (Solar, Green Hydrogen, among others) GIZ collaboration.

BOOST MSMEs AND ECONOMIC REACTIVATION

Objective:

Comprehensive program of financing and development of capacities/skills for entrepreneurship and


consolidation of MSMEs.

NAFIN Impulse Program – FIDEAPECH: 324.4 million pesos in financing granted (January – February
2022)

State Fund Chihuahua 2022: 45 million pesos for the placement of financing

FIRA – FIDEAPECH Program: 170 million pesos (In preparation process)

Green Finance Program NADBANK – FIDEAPECH (In preparation process)


Consolidation and start-up of SARE's for the rapid opening of companies

Distinctive "Chihuahua Market" to favor access to more attractive markets.

Training in Digital Marketing, Brand Registration, Cooperative Formation, Tax Issues, Electronic
Commerce.

CREEL AIRPORT

Objective:

Start the operation of the Creel Airport to trigger tourism activity and connectivity in the region for its
development and sustained growth.

Actions:

The reactivation of Barrancas del Cobre Airport was achieved.

Federal resources were managed for just over $22,000,000 pesos.

It will start operations in the 4th quarter of 2022.

Once in operation, an economic benefit is estimated in the first five years of its operation (2022-
2026) of $913,767,000 pesos, thanks to the regional development of the Sierra Tarahumara, through the
generation of jobs, increase in the supply and demand of its economic sectors, tourism increase and
improvement in the quality of life of its inhabitants.
