    The radiologist reviewed AP and lateral chest x-ray views of a patient with a history of falling. No abnormalities were seen in the heart size or lungs. Old rib fractures from a previous injury were present but no new fractures or bone lesions were found. The impression was that there was no active disease detected in the chest.

    Cardiac silhouette is normal in width. There is no consolidation,


    pleural
    effusion or pneumothorax. Old left-sided rib fractures are present.
    No acute
    osseous lesion is identified.

    IMPRESSION: No active disease in the chest.
