1. Why is marketing important in the overall growth of the economy? Explain 
- It is the base line of all organizations or company, the growth and productivity of
the market determines the economy of the state. It is the main barometer of a state
to be considered as a productive state, without marketing no economy would
survive.

2. Why are profits a prerequisite to any business activity including marketing?


- They offer a gauge of a company's success, which is crucial for start-ups. Besides
they are the most reliable source of funds to invest in business growth. It also
draw more money from investors who are drawn in by the prospect of large
returns on their investment.

3. Do you consider the marketing concept as superior to the product and selling


concepts? Why or why not?
- Marketing concept is the idea of determining the needs, wants and values of a
target market. Taking this concept means that before product and selling must
occur, marketing must be considered first. I short how would you create a product
and sell them if you don’t even know your target market, their needs, wants and
the values of the target market.

4. Discuss the (4 basis for market segmentation)


- Geographic segmentation – type of segmentation classify clients according to
their residences and shopping locations. Generally speaking, residents of the same
city, state, or zip code have comparable demands, perspectives, and cultural
preferences.

Geographic segmentation's main benefit is that it gives your insight into what your
clients' locations indicate about a variety of geo-specific factors.

- Demographic segmentation – Is a precise form of audience identification


based on age, gender, income, social class, and life style.

Companies can spend their time and resources more effectively by segmenting the
market into smaller segments, each with a common variable. They can identify
what messages the audience is most likely to respond to by better understanding
the shared characteristics of the audience members.
- Psychographic segmentation – this might be the one of the most difficult
segmentation to identify due to its application to a more specified target based on
comparable political beliefs, psychological traits, and personal values.
- Behavioralistic segmentation – it is categorizing clients based on typical actions
they take when interacting with the brand more likely to behavioural aspect of the
audience.

5. How do you apply the P’s in marketing in connection to your field in real estate?
- The application of 4P’s is most likely connected also to real estate due to its
nature of marketing products to clients especially in terms of advertising
properties to its clients.
