USU - CRK (ADULT) : VALUE-inclusive of 10 kg checked and 7 kg carry-on baggage allowance. Rebooking is permitted up to 3x
without a fee. Fare differences collected. Ticket refund is not permitted.

REMINDERS
Check-In:
Check-in counters are open two (2) hours prior to departure and will close 45 minutes before boarding time.
Passengers in need of special assistance are required to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time.
Passengers who fail to check-in prior to the closure of the counters shall be considered a “No Show” passenger and the airline
has the right to deny boarding.

Baggage:
Baggage allowance may vary depending on the fare class availed.
Passengers are allowed to add check-in baggage with maximum of 40 kgs per flight and hand carry baggage must not go
beyond 43 linear inches (22 x 13 x 8 in. including handles and wheels). Overweight and oversized baggage will be charged
accordingly.
Passengers are strongly encouraged to remove valuable and fragile items from their check-in baggage. Sunlight Air will not be
responsible for the damages these items will sustain.

Refunds, Rebooking, Endorsements:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-reroutable.
Flights may be rebooked depending on the fare class restriction. A 72-hour notice prior to departure is required for the
rebooking to take effect. Penalties and charges may apply.
Sunlight Air permits name changes but subject to applicable penalties. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to
departure.

Conditions of Carriage:
Carriage of passengers and baggage are subject to Sunlight Air’s Conditions of Carriage. For the complete Conditions of

Management reserves the right to refuse boarding and carriage to any passenger who violates any item in the Conditions of
Carriage.

Flights are chartered by Sunlight Air’s official travel partner, Asia Pacific Travel, and as such, are not commercial and
unscheduled.
