1. Customer has reviewed and approved all the bank’s electronic services terms and ‫ ﻳﻘﺮ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ اﻃﻠﻊ وواﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺸﺮوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ‬.١
conditions published on the CIB’s website www.cibeg.com, which include the Higher ‫اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﻮاردة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﺘﺠﺎري اﻟﺪوﻟﻲ‬
Authentication Service: One Time Password (OTP) that allows - as one of the features ‫ﻛﺄﺣﺪ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت‬- ‫ واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﺮﻗﻢ اﻟﺴﺮي اﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻟﻠﺴﻤﺎح‬،www.cibeg.com

2. In case the customer has chosen the e-Statement option, s/he will be able to .‫ﻷﺧﺮ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﺮ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﻄﻠﻖ‬
review/print his bank accounts’ statements and his credit cards’ statements as well ‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﺧﺘﻴﺎر اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻟﻜﺸﻒ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﺳﻮف ﻳﺘﻤﻜﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻃﻼع‬.٢
through Internet Banking, and declares that this electronic option replaces the printed ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺸﻮف ﺣﺴﺎﺑﺎﺗﻪ اﻟﺒﻨﻜﻴﺔ وأﻳﻀﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺸﻮف ﺣﺴﺎب ﺑﻄﺎﻗﺎﺗﻪ اﻻﺋﺘﻤﺎﻧﻴﺔ وﻃﺒﺎﻋﺘﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ‬
statement that is sent through physical mail. And the customer declares that electronic ‫ وﻳﻘﺮ‬،‫ وأن ذﻟﻚ ﻳﻐﻨﻲ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﺴﺨﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻮﻋﺔ اﻟﻤﺮﺳﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ‬،‫ﺧﻼل ﺧﺪﻣﺔ اﻹﻧﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﻟﺒﻨﻜﻴﺔ‬
statements communicated by the bank are accurate and confirmed by the customer, ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أن ﻛﺸﻮف اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺑﺎت اﻟﻤﺮﺳﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺎ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ وﻣﺼﺪﻗﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‬
unless the customer disputes on what is communicated in the statement within fifteen ‫ إﻻ إذا ﻗﺎم اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑﺎﻻﻋﺘﺮاض ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺟﺎء ﺑﻜﺸﻒ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب ﺧﻼل ﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﻋﺸﺮ‬،‫ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬
days from statement issuance date, and if the customer does not dispute within this ‫ ﻓﺈذا ﻟﻢ ﻳﻌﺘﺮض اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺧﻼل ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﺪة اﻋﺘﺒﺮ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ‬،‫ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ إﺻﺪاره‬ ً
duration, this is considered a confirmation on the accuracy of what is communicated ً
‫إﻗﺮارا ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑﺼﺤﺔ ﻛﻞ اﻟﻘﻴﻮد واﻷرﺻﺪة‬ ‫ وﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻫﺬا‬.‫ﺻﺤﺔ ﻣﺎ ورد ﺑﻜﺸﻒ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‬
in the statement, and that the customer declares the accuracy of all entries and
balances on his/her accounts and credit cards. The customer is also responsible for ‫ وﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮار ﺑﺘﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺑﺮﻳﺪه‬.‫اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻜﺸﻮف اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺑﺎت وﺑﻄﺎﻗﺎت اﻻﺋﺘﻤﺎن‬
continuously maintaining the updated e-mail address record with the bank. .‫اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﻟﺪى اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬
3. The debit card along with its number and associated PIN allow access to multiple ‫ ﻳﺘﻴﺢ رﻗﻢ اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ اﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺮﻗﻢ اﻟﺴﺮي اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻬﺎ اﻟﺪﺧﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ‬.٣
electronic services and execution of different banking transactions. Upon using any of ‫ وﻓﻲ‬.‫ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ وإﺟﺮاء اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت اﻟﺒﻨﻜﻴﺔ ﺑﺄﺷﻜﺎﻟﻬﺎ اﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ‬
these services, this is considered as the customer’s acknowledgement and ‫ﺣﺎل إﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻷي ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬه اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺸﺮوط‬
acceptance of the related terms and conditions regulating these services which are ‫واﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻤﻨﻈﻤﺔ ﻟﺘﻠﻚ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت واﻟﻤﻌﻠﻨﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻘﻨﻮات اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ أو ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‬
published through the respective channels or on the official website of the bank. .‫اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻲ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ‬
4. Customer should review and adhere to all security guidelines related to electronic
‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ اﻹﻃﻼع واﻹﻟﺘﺰام ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺼﺎﺋﺢ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت اﻷﻣﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻨﻮات‬.٤
channels published on these channels or on the bank’s official website.
5. The bank takes all necessary security precautions to ensure the confidentiality of .‫اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ واﻟﻤﻌﻠﻨﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬه اﻟﻘﻨﻮات أو ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻲ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ‬
customers’ data, however the bank gives no guarantee against computer viruses or ‫ وﻻ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ذﻟﻚ أن‬.‫ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ إﺗﺨﺎذ اﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺳﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻼء‬.٥
intrusions, the customer must take all necessary measures to protect private ‫اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻳﻀﻤﻦ ﺳﻼﻣﺔ اﻷﺟﻬﺰة اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻼء ﺿﺪ أي ﭬﻴﺮوﺳﺎت أو إﺧﺘﺮاﻗﺎت ﺣﻴﺚ أن‬

6. Customer must never disclose his/her username or password or any other ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻋﺪم اﻹﻓﺼﺎح ﻋﻦ ﻛﻠﻤﺔ اﻟﺴﺮ أو أي ﻣﻦ وﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬.٦
authentication method related to electronic services or debit card PIN code to any third ‫اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ أو اﻟﺮﻗﻢ اﻟﺴﺮي اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ اﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻷي ﺷﺨﺺ آﺧﺮ‬
party for any reason including bank employees. In case this information is disclosed to
‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺣﺼﻮل أي ﻃﺮف آﺧﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ أي‬،‫ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻲ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬،‫ﻷي ﺳﺒﺐ ﻛﺎن‬
any third party, this is considered an authorization from the customer to this party to
‫ﺗﺼﺮﻳﺤﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻟﻬﺬا اﻟﺸﺨﺺ ﺑﺈﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺣﺴﺎﺑﺎﺗﻪ وﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﺒﻌﻪ ﻣﻦ‬ ً ‫ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ذﻟﻚ‬
use his/her accounts, the customer hereby is deemed responsible for all activities
taking place on the accounts following this disclosure. The customer does not have the ‫ﺗﺤﻤﻠﻪ ﻟﻜﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ واﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎت واﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﺔ وذﻟﻚ دون أدﻧﻰ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
right to dispute for any losses incurred as a result of these transactions unless an act ‫ وﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻴﻞ أن ﻳﺘﻘﺪم ﺑﻄﻠﺐ رد ﻷي ﺧﺴﺎﺋﺮ ﻧﺎﺗﺠﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬه اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼت إﻻ ﻓﻲ‬.‫اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬
of negligence or deliberate action is proven against the bank. .‫ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺛﺒﻮت إﻫﻤﺎل أو ﺗﺼﺮف ﻣﺘﻌﻤﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺨﺼﻮص ﻫﺬه اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت‬
7. The bank has the right to amend any of the terms and conditions regulating the ‫ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ أي ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﺮوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻤﻨﻈﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ‬.٧
electronic banking services at any time and with no need for prior notification to the ً
‫ وﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺈﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑﻬﺬه‬،‫ﻣﺴﺒﻘﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ أي وﻗﺖ ودون اﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﻹﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬
customer. The bank will notify the customer with the amendments through the suitable .‫اﻟﺘﻌﺪﻳﻼت ﺑﺄي ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﻳﺮاﻫﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ وﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﺘﻌﺪﻳﻼت اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة ﻣﻠﺰﻣﺔ وﺳﺎرﻳﺔ‬
means and such amendments are considered binding and enforceable.
‫ ﻳﺨﻀﻊ إﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺒﻨﻜﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺷﺒﻜﺔ‬.٨
8. All banking services provided through Electronic channels including internet banking
services are governed by Egyptian laws applied for this matter and all later .‫اﻹﻧﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﻟﻠﻘﻮاﻧﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺸﺄن وﻣﺎ ﻳﺼﺪر ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻼت ﻻﺣﻘﺔ‬
amendments. .‫ﻟﻠﻘﻮاﻧﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺸﺄن وﻣﺎ ﻳﺼﺪر ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻼت ﻻﺣﻘﺔ‬

Declaration ‫إﻗـــﺮار‬
1. Our complete knowledge, awareness and acceptance of the fees, expenses, ‫ ﻧﻘﺮ ﺑﻌﻠﻤﻨﺎ وﻗﺒﻮﻟﻨﺎ ﺑﻼﺋﺤﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻔﺎت واﻟﻤﺼﺮوﻓﺎت واﻟﻌﻤﻮﻻت واﻟﻌﻮاﺋﺪ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ‬-١
commissions and interest list as applied at the Bank on all of the products and services ‫ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎت واﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻘﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﻨﺎ وإﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﻠﻨﺔ ﻟﺪى ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻓﺮوع وﻗﻨﻮات‬
provided to us, and that the said list is announced at all of the Bank’s branches and ‫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻧﻘﺮ ﺑﺄﺣﻘﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ‬،‫اﻹﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ اﻟﺮﺳﻤﻲ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ‬
communication channels including the Bank’s official website. Furthermore, we hereby
declare the Bank’s right to amend the said list periodically without reverting to us for .‫ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻼﺋﺤﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ دوري دون اﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺘﻨﺎ اﻟﻤﺴﺒﻘﺔ‬
any approvals.
‫ ﻓﺈﻧﻨﺎ‬، ‫ أﻧﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل رﻏﺒﺘﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ إﻏﻼق اﻟﺤﺴﺎب أو إﻳﻘﺎف اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻨﺘﺞ أو ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﻌﻴﻨﺔ‬-٢
2. In case we wish to close the, or stop the usage of the Bank’s product or service, ‫أو اﻹﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﻤﺮﻛﺰ إﺗﺼﺎل اﻟﻌﻤﻼء اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻤﺼﺮﻓﻜﻢ ﻛﻤﺎ‬/‫ﻧﻠﺘﺰم ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ إﻟﻰ أﻗﺮب ﻓﺮع و‬
subject of the above-mentioned request/contract, we are obliged to head to the ‫ﻳﻤﻜﻦ اﻹﺳﺘﻌﻼم ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﺼﺮوﻓﺎت واﻟﺨﺼﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬه اﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ‬
nearest branch and/or contact the Bank’s call center to inquire for the applied fees and .‫)إن وﺟﺪت( وذﻟﻚ دون أدﻧﻰ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ أو إﻟﺘﺰام ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺼﺮﻓﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺸﺄن‬
discounts from the Bank’s side (if any) without any liability or responsibility on the
Bank’s part.
‫ أﻧﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﺮاءى ﻟﻨﺎ ﺣﺪوث ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻼﻋﺐ ﺳﺮﻗﺔ ﺑﺤﺴﺎﺑﺎﺗﻨﺎ أو ﻓﻘﺪان أي ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺎت‬-٣
3. In case we witnessed any fraudulent , or theft act on any of our accounts held at the ‫ﻓﻮرا ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ إﻟﻰ أﻗﺮب‬
ً ‫ ﻓﺈﻧﻨﺎ ﻧﻠﺘﺰم‬،(‫اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺼﺮﻓﻜﻢ ﻟﻨﺎ )ﺑﻜﺎﻓﺔ أﻧﻮاﻋﻬﺎ‬
Bank or the loss of any of the Bank Cards delivered to us from the Bank (in all its forms), ‫أو اﻹﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﻤﺮﻛﺰ إﺗﺼﺎل اﻟﻌﻤﻼء اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻤﺼﺮﻓﻜﻢ ﻟﻺﺑﻼغ وإﺛﺒﺎت ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻪ‬/‫ﻓﺮع ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ و‬
