Read Only Memory (ROM)
ROM is a primary, non-volatiie memory wBhich retains contents even if the power supply
to the conputer is switched off. The contents of this memory help in starting the computer
system for the user ROM is of three types,namely. PROM, EPROM and EEPROM. PROM
