NLU:
 NLU converts input text or speech into structured data and helps extract
facts from this input data.
 Natural Language Understanding(NLU) is an area of artificial intelligence to
process input data.
 It is a way that enables interaction between a computer and a human in a
way like humans do using natural languages like English, French, Hindi etc.
  Whole processes such as decisions and actions are taken by it. 
 NLU is the process of reading and interpreting language.

NLG:
 NLG helps to generate a structured response for the user.
 Natural Language Generation(NLG) is a sub-component of Natural language
processing that helps in generating the output in a natural language.
 The same language in which the input was provided say the user asks
something in English then the system will return the output in English.
 It generates the human language text from structured data generated by the
system to respond.
 NLG is the process of writing or generating language.
