To stumble - to hit your foot against something while you are walking or running
and almost fall or to lose your balance while walking or running
Example: Sarah stumbled over a rock and fell down.

To trip - to accidentally catch your foot on something and fall or almost fall
Example: Be careful not to trip over that toy on the floor.
Example: She tripped and fell.

To tiptoe - to walk using the front parts of your feet only, so that other people
cannot hear you.
Example: The children tiptoed down the hallway so they would not wake up their
parents.

To swish - to move quickly and with a rushing sound


Example: The wind made the trees swish back and forth.

To splash - to make liquid fall noisily onto a surface


Example: Water splashed onto the floor.
Example: Rain splashed against the windows.
