    We (The Customer Name and CR Number or ID Number) agrees to furnish the Bank with required information for
    opening and/ or reviewing and/ or managing its accounts with the Bank, and the Bank is authorized to collect all
    necessary information from the Saudi Credit Bureau (‘SIMAH / Bayan’), or any other company conducting similar
    activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to disclose and exchange all information with SIMAH (in accordance with
    the provisions of the Information Sharing Information, or any other entity recognized by Saudi Central Bank -
    SAMA provided that such is made in compliance with laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
