I am in Christ and He is in me ............................................................................................................. 7

As a follower of Christ, I declare that I submit my life to Jesus afresh. I acknowledge that He is my Lord
and Savior, and that He died for my sins and rose again. I surrender my will, my plans, and my desires
to Him, and I seek to live according to His word and His purpose. I renounce any sin, temptation, or
distraction that may hinder my relationship with Him, and I ask for His grace and power to overcome
them. I commit to love Him with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love others as He loves
me. I declare that I submit my life to Jesus afresh.

I am in Christ and Christ is in me.

One of the most profound truths that the Bible reveals is the union of the believer with Christ. When
we put our faith in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are not only forgiven of our sins and adopted into
God's family, but we also become one with Him in spirit. The apostle Paul writes, "But he who is joined
to the Lord becomes one spirit with him" (1 Corinthians 6:17). This means that we share in His life, His
righteousness, His power, His glory, and His destiny. We can say with confidence, "I am in Christ and
Christ is in me."

Being in Christ means that we are in a new position before God. We are no longer under the
condemnation of the law, but under the grace of God. We are no longer enemies of God, but His
beloved children. We are no longer slaves of sin, but free to live for God. We are no longer under the
curse of death, but have eternal life. Being in Christ means that we have all the spiritual blessings that
He has purchased for us by His blood. Paul says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places" (Ephesians
1:3).

Being in Christ also means that Christ is in us. He lives in us by His Spirit, who dwells in our hearts and
makes us partakers of His divine nature. Christ is our life, our wisdom, our righteousness, our
sanctification, our redemption, our hope, and our glory. He is the source of everything we need for
godliness and fruitfulness. He is the vine and we are the branches; apart from Him we can do nothing
(John 15:5). Being in Christ means that we have a personal and intimate relationship with Him, and
that we can enjoy His presence and His love every day.

1
To be in Christ and to have Christ in us is the greatest privilege and blessing that a human being can
experience. It is also the foundation of our identity and purpose as Christians. We are not defined by
our past, our circumstances, our achievements, or our failures; we are defined by our union with
Christ. We are not living for ourselves, but for Him who died for us and rose again. We are not seeking
our own glory, but His glory in us and through us. To be in Christ and to have Christ in us is to be
transformed into His likeness and to share in His mission.

Declaration "Christ is in Me"

I declare that Christ is in me and I am in Christ. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live,
but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me
and gave himself for me. Christ is my life, my hope, my strength, and my joy. He is the source of all
that I need and the purpose of all that I do. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all
creation, and the head of the church. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, and
the author and finisher of my faith. He is my Lord, my Savior, my friend, and my king.

I belong to him and he belongs to me. Nothing can separate me from his love or snatch me from his
hand. He has sealed me with his Spirit and marked me as his own. He has given me a new identity, a
new nature, and a new destiny. He has made me a partaker of his divine nature and a co-heir with him
of his glory. He has called me to follow him, to serve him, to worship him, and to proclaim him. He has
commissioned me to make disciples of all nations, to baptize them in his name, and to teach them to
obey his commands. He has promised to be with me always, to guide me with his eye, to counsel me
with his word, and to empower me with his grace. He has prepared a place for me in his Father's
house, where I will see him face to face and enjoy him forever. I declare that Christ is in me and I am
in Christ.

Declaration: The Holy Spirit is my guide

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my guide in all aspects of my life. He leads me to the truth, comforts
me in times of trouble, and empowers me to fulfill God's purpose for me. He teaches me all things and
reminds me of everything that Jesus has said. He convicts me of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He
helps me to pray according to God's will and intercedes for me with groans that words cannot express.
He bears witness with my spirit that I am a child of God and an heir of His promises. He produces in
me the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-
control. He gives me spiritual gifts to edify the body of Christ and to serve others. He guides me into
all truth and shows me things to come. He glorifies Jesus and reveals Him to me. He is the Spirit of life,
the Spirit of adoption, the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, the Spirit of power and love and a sound
mind. He is the seal of my salvation and the guarantee of my inheritance. He is my helper, my
counselor, my advocate, my comforter, and my friend. He is the Holy Spirit of God, and He is my guide.

"I am covered by the Light of Jesus"

One of the most powerful affirmations that a Christian can make is to declare that they are covered
by the Light of Jesus. This declaration is based on the biblical truth that Jesus is the Light of the world
(John 8:12) and that He has given His followers the same light to shine before others (Matthew 5:14-
16). To be covered by the Light of Jesus means to be protected, guided, and empowered by His
presence and grace. It means to live in His truth and love, and to reflect His glory to the world. It also
means to resist the darkness of sin, evil, and deception that tries to overcome us (John 1:5).

To declare that we are covered by the Light of Jesus is not a magic formula or a superstition. It is a
statement of faith and trust in His promises and power. It is a way of aligning ourselves with His will

2
and purpose for our lives. It is a way of acknowledging our dependence on Him and our gratitude for
His salvation. It is a way of inviting Him to fill us with His Spirit and to transform us into His image. It is
a way of declaring our identity and destiny as children of God and heirs of His kingdom.

We can make this declaration every day, especially when we face challenges, temptations, or trials.
We can say it out loud or in our hearts, as a prayer or as a praise. We can say it individually or
collectively, as a personal testimony or as a corporate witness. We can say it with confidence and joy,
knowing that He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Declaration
I declare that I have the Light of Jesus in me. He is the true Light who came into the world to enlighten
every man (John 1:9). He is the Light of the world, and whoever follows Him will not walk in darkness,
but will have the Light of life (John 8:12). He has shone in my heart to give me the Light of the
knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:6). He is the Light of revelation to
the Gentiles, and the glory of His people Israel (Luke 2:32). He is the Sunrise from on high who has
visited me because of the tender mercy of God (Luke 1:78). I am crucified with Christ; and it is no
longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me (Galatians 2:20). I am a son of Light because I believe
in the Light (John 12:36). I walk in the Light as He is in the Light, and I have fellowship with Him and
with His people (1 John 1:7).

I also declare that He is the Word of God who was with God and was God in the beginning (John 1:1).
He is the image of God and the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). He is the King of kings and Lord of
lords who has a name written on his robe and on his thigh (Revelation 19:16). He is the way, and the
truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). He is the Lamb of
God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). He is the bright morning star who gives light to
those who overcome (Revelation 22:16).

It is no longer I who lives but Jesus" in Me

This declaration is a statement of faith and surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ. It means that I have
died to my old self and my sinful nature, and that I have been raised to a new life in Christ. It means
that I have given up my own will and desires, and that I have submitted to the will and purpose of God
for my life. It means that I have exchanged my identity and value for the identity and value that God
gives me in Christ. It means that I have become a new creation, a child of God, a member of His body,
a temple of His Spirit, a citizen of His kingdom, and a co-heir with Christ. It means that I have been set
free from the power of sin and death, and that I have been empowered by the grace and love of God
to live a holy and righteous life. It means that I have been called to follow Jesus, to imitate His example,
to obey His commands, to share His gospel, to love His people, and to glorify His name. It means that
I have been transformed by the renewing of my mind, and that I have been conformed to the image
of Christ. It means that I have been filled with the joy and peace of God, and that I have been given
the hope and assurance of eternal life. It means that I have been crucified with Christ, and that it is no
longer I who lives but Jesus who lives in me.

Declaration "It is no longer I who lives but Jesus" in Me

I declare: "It is no longer I who lives but Jesus" in me. This declaration is based on the testimony of the
apostle Paul, who wrote in Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live,
but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who
loved me and gave Himself for me." I renounce my old self, my old desires, my old ambitions, and my
old sins. I surrender my life to Jesus, who died for me and rose again to give me a new life. He is now

3
the Lord of my life, the source of my strength, the guide of my steps, and the hope of my future. He
lives in me by His Spirit, and He works in me to make me more like Him every day. He fills me with His
love, His joy, His peace, and His power. He enables me to overcome every temptation, every trial, and
every challenge. He uses me to serve Him, to glorify Him, and to share Him with others. He is
everything to me, and I am nothing without Him. This is my declaration: "It is no longer I who lives but
Jesus" in me.

Declaration "Jesus is everywhere around me"

This is my declaration of "Jesus is everywhere around me". This is my declaration of faith and gratitude,
of love and devotion, of trust and obedience, of praise and worship. This is what I believe and what I
proclaim with all my heart and soul.

He is in me and I am in Him. He is in my past, present, future. He is in my joys, sorrows, successes,

failures, blessings, challenges. He is in my thoughts, words, actions, feelings, dreams, hopes, fears. He
is in the air, the water, the food, the people, the places, the things. He is everywhere around me, in
every moment of my life. He is closer than a brother, more faithful than a friend, more loving than a
parent, more powerful than a king.

He loves me and wants to be with me. As it is written: "Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in
all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans
8:39) He loves me with an everlasting love, a perfect love, a sacrificial love, a transforming love. He
loves me not because of who I am or what I do, but because of who He is and what He has done for
me.

He created me and sustains me. As it is written: "For in him we live and move and have our being."
(Acts 17:28) He created me in His image and likeness, with a purpose and a destiny. He sustains me by
His grace and mercy, by His word and spirit. He provides for all my needs according to His riches in
glory.

He died for me and lives for me. As it is written: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live,
but Christ lives in me." (Galatians 2:20) He died for me on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins and
to set me free from the power of sin and death. He lives for me in heaven to intercede for me before
the Father and to prepare a place for me where I will be with Him forever.

He forgives me and heals me. As it is written: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so
that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed." (1 Peter
2:24) He forgives me of all my sins when I confess them to Him and repent of them. He heals me of all
my diseases when I ask Him in faith and trust Him for His healing.

He guides me and protects me. As it is written: "The Lord will watch over your coming and going both
now and forevermore." (Psalm 121:8) He guides me by His wisdom and truth, by His light and
direction. He protects me by His power and authority, by His angels and presence.

He teaches me and empowers me. As it is written: "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father
will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."
(John 14:26) He teaches me by His word and spirit, by His voice and example. He empowers me by His
gifts and fruits, by His anointing and commission.

He calls me and sends me. As it is written: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19) He calls me

4
by His grace and love, by His name and purpose. He sends me by His authority and command, by His
mission and vision. I declare that Jesus is everywhere around me.

Declaration " fear not for iam with you"

This is a declaration of faith and trust in the LORD, who is with us and will help us in times of trouble.
He is our God, and He will not forsake us. He will strengthen us, and He will uphold us with His
righteous right hand. He will deliver us from fear and dismay, and He will give us victory and salvation.
This declaration is based on the words of the prophet Isaiah, who said: "Do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with
My right hand of righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10 NKJV).

The same promise was given to the prophet Jeremiah, who was told: "Do not be afraid of them, for I
am with you and will rescue you,” declares the LORD." (Jeremiah 1:8 NKJV). This declaration is a
reminder of God's presence, power, and protection in our lives. It is also echoed by other biblical
figures, such as David, who said: "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD
is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1 NKJV), and Paul, who said: "For God
has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV).
This declaration is a testimony of our confidence and courage in the LORD.

This is a declaration of faith and courage that can help you overcome any challenge or difficulty in your
life. It is based on the promise of God in Isaiah 41:10, where He says: "Fear not, for I am with you; be
not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my
righteous right hand." This declaration affirms that God is always with you, no matter what you face.
He is your source of strength, help and protection. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He will
fight for you and deliver you from all your enemies. He will make a way for you where there seems to
be no way. He will turn your situation around for your good and His glory. He will bless you and make
you a blessing to others. He will fulfill His purpose and plan for your life. He will give you peace and
joy in His presence. He will love you with an everlasting love. He is your God and you are His child.
Therefore, fear not, for He is with you.

Some examples of how this declaration can apply to your life are:
- If you are facing a health problem, fear not, for He is with you. He is your healer and your life-giver.
He will restore your health and renew your strength. He will comfort you and heal your wounds. He
will give you hope and a future.

- If you are facing a financial problem, fear not, for He is with you. He is your provider and your
sustainer. He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. He will open the windows of
heaven and pour out blessings upon you. He will prosper you and increase you.

- If you are facing a relational problem, fear not, for He is with you. He is your reconciler and your
peacemaker. He will mend your broken relationships and restore your harmony. He will forgive you
and help you to forgive others. He will love you and teach you to love others.

- If you are facing a spiritual problem, fear not, for He is with you. He is your redeemer and your savior.
He will deliver you from sin and death. He will cleanse you and sanctify you. He will fill you with His
Spirit and His power.

I affirm that I shall not be put to shame or be disgraced

I declare with confidence that I will not experience shame or dishonour, for the LORD has spoken it.
He is the one who upholds me and protects me from all evil. He is faithful and true, and his promises

never fail. He is my rock and my salvation, and I trust in him alone. He has shown me his love and
mercy, and he has given me a hope and a future. He has forgiven me of all my sins, and he has filled
me with his Spirit. He has called me by name, and he has made me his child. He is my God, and I am
his.
