About the program

Are you ready to have a seat on a Board but not sure what is required to be a successful Board Member
Executive Program on Board Effectiveness is a program for high-potential women leaders to prepare themselves for an effective presence as a new or first-
time director of the Board.
The Director role carries a unique set of responsibilities that demands a holistic view of an organization’s strategy and operations across all functions. It also
requires awareness of detailed regulatory, industry and financial dynamics.
EY, a global professional services organization, collaborated with the Indian School of Business (ISB) to launch this program for aspiring women Directors to
prepare for success in the boardroom. The program comprises sessions that combine industry expertise with research-focused academic knowledge.
After successful completion of the first batch of this Program, EY and ISB are joining hands again, with the second cohort starting from 13 July 2023.
