    Total Marks: 10

    Answer any two questions.

    Q.1: Write a letter to the editor of the English newspaper, The Hindu, informing him/her about the
    receding water table of yours locality.
    Q.2: Write a job’s application in response to the teaching advertisement that you have read in the
    Employment News, about the post of English’s teachers at the Gulbarga’s High School,
    Karnataka. Attach yours resume along with the application.
    Q.3: Write a letter to yours close friend inviting him/her for spending the holidays at Leh.
    Q.4: Describe yours favorite hill station. (word limit: 450 words)
