Carrot Bacon

Wash and clean the 3 medium carrots.

Next, take a peeler and peel long strips of carrot.

Next, take a large bowl and prepare the marinade by adding 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of Tahini, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
onion powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt as required.

After whisking a smooth mixture, nicely coat the carrot strips in the marinade for 15-20 minutes. Next,
preheat an oven or an airfryer, gently place the strips and cook for 5-10 minutes. Once the strips turn
golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
