Argument 1

wind, solar, hydraulic energy

if it were public or state owned, they would have to raise taxes to be able to cover all the
materials (which are very expensive) and they need large pieces of land that they don't have
and they couldn't afford. But if we let the companies continue with this, they pay for
everything and the state would only have to buy the product.
The ONU mention that with the current trends, no economic development model that is
compatible with the environment cannot be sustained, all this leading to the bankruptcy of
companies and the increase in the misuse of the toxic production of the energy in the world

Example: If taxes go up in Colombia, people will not like it since it would be more expensive
and it would not be profitable according to our economy.

Argument 2

SENER, leading the country's energy policy, guaranteeing competitive supply, and
collaborating with public and private companies within an adequate legal framework. Private
investors, competing ethically, creating synergies with the government and innovating for
their profitability.
Acording to statistics, 30% of the energy is wasted due to inefficient use in home, business
and vehicles

Example:Acording to the data from El Tiempo, almost without realizing it, 10% of the energy
consumed at home is wasted, wich represents and aproximate loss of 400 millon euros a
year in Andalucía homes alone

Example:“No player is as good as all of them together” is a phrase from the legendary
Alfredo Di Stéfano, a Real Madrid footballer from the middle of the last century.
