Chapter 1: Introduction

Our team members are Dodiya Chirag (200310116013),

Kachhatiya Amit (200310116009), Rathod Abhishek
(200310116018). Our team was guided by Prof. Rakesh A
Parmar.

Design thinking is used to create new, useful products and

services. Its major goal is to identify the actual demands of the
client and then iterate and validate the design in order to deliver
the best possible results. It tries to comprehend consumers,
question presumptions, and develop original solutions to a
variety of user-centric issues.

5
Chapter 2 : AEIOU Summary

This canvas is used for providing a broader idea of all the possible
activities, environments, interactions, objects and users to be taken
care of before product development. The major issues developed
during analysis were if this app will use in real life, then it can be easy
for each and every person who has a Bank account and withdraw
money without an ATM card and provide many other features related
to Transactions and Payments.

6
Chapter 3: Mind Mapping

Before initiating product development, a blueprint or an imaginary map

of the working of the product is made so that a rough image or idea is
prepared and discussed before any implementation to avoid any
conflicts or mishaps. By the means of a flowchart, we have developed a
basic plan of the product describing its functioning and features. The
flow of control is kept as simple as possible to facilitate a simple
interaction between the user and the interface for better functioning of
the system and providing a user-friendly environment.

7
Chapter 4: Empathy Canvas

8
The domain that we have chosen for this project Cardless Cash
Withdrawal System which provides different functionalities. User of
this product is all peoples who have Bank accounts and faces many
problems related to ATM issues from the banks. Anyone can use
this app. The idea behind the project is given below: We have seen
many peoples facing problems related to their debit card issues, PIN
generation issues, and many more problems. Cardless Cash
withdrawal is the solution to this problem even with more security
and functionalities. The following conclusion can be drawn from
our empathy canvas:

• By using this app anyone can easily withdraw money from their
bank account without an ATM card from ATM

• It provides many other functionalities.

• In this app users can withdraw money from their any bank’s bank
account linked with their mobile number from any bank’s ATM

• It is highly secured and with reference number generation format

9
Chapter 5: Ideation canvas

This project mainly focuses on how people can link their all-bank accounts
in one app and withdraw money from any of the bank accounts any time
they require from ATM.

Now Cardless Cash Withdrawal System is already been there in many

popular banks but the problem is peoples have to install their particular app
and they only allow people to withdraw money from that specific bank’s
ATM in which they have an account.
But we proposed this ideal solution by making some changes in the bank’s
database and some small changes in ATM’s interface and database and then
a simple reference number generation process can allow the user to
withdraw money from any bank’s ATM from any bank account
10
Chapter 6: Product Development Canvas

Feature: we provide a QR-scanning withdrawal from any bank and provide many
other features users can select their choice and do many types of transactions
Working Principle: It works on the basis of the simple algorithm of reference number
generation from QR scanning and enabling of different banks money withdrawal

Advantages: -
• Our app supports cardless cash withdrawals for all banks.
• There is no requirement for a debit card while using this application.

Disadvantages: -
• App requires a very large database.
• Sometimes there is a problem of failure in QR scanning so try again for QR
scanning.
• There is a very huge change have to make in the current banking system and
databases of the bank

11
Chapter 7: Learn Need Matrix (LNM)

First of all, LNM canvas (LN Metrix) full form is the Learning Needs
Matrix Canvas will help the student to identify the learning requirement
at an early stage along with prioritization/time allocation for each
learning priority.

12
Chapter 8: Prototype

Our prototype model goes on as given below

We must register a mobile number that was connected to a user's bank account in
our app PrimeCL in order to access all of the different bank accounts in
PrimeCL. Like other bank applications, ours requires registration to use it.

The user is taken to the dashboard after entering the PIN that was previously
selected (during the registration process), where they can choose the QR scan
option to start the Cardless Cash Withdrawal System process. This displays all of
the user's linked bank accounts, and they can choose one and confirm it. The user
must then ask for a reference ID after entering the desired account's PIN and the
amount to be withheld. Once the reference ID has been received via the
associated mobile phone, the user must enter it into the ATM. For added security,
scan the QR code on the ATM's screen after reconfirming the PIN. As soon as
the ATM completes the transaction, you will have money in your hand.
