Re-TENDER NOTICE NO. ICCBS-HEJ-PRF_056-IAC-EQPT-150222(3rd Time).

Sealed tenders are invited from the authorized dealers/distributors, registered with Sindh Revenue Board
and income tax department (where applicable) for “Purchase /Import of Equipment” for the Industrial
Analytical Center on C&F Basis on Single Stage One Envelop procedure.
The tender documents can be collected from the Purchase Office of the Center on any working day
between 9:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. from 31-01-2022 or from the date of publication of the advertisement in the
newspaper or notification of this advertisement on the websites (SPP Rules compliance of Rule#18 of a
minimum of 15 days to be calculated from publication on the SPPRA Website), on payment of Rs. 500/-
(non-refundable), in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of the Director H.E.J. or can be
downloaded from the websites www.iccs.edu, www.pprasindh.gov.pk (Click on PPMS). The last date of
issuance of bidding documents is 14-02-2022. The tenders can be submitted with 2% of the bid value as
earnest money in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of the Director H.E.J. latest by 11:30
a.m. on 15-02-2022 in the Purchase & Store department of the Center. Alternate Bid / Option should
accompany separate earnest money pay order and bidding documents pay order. The tenders will be
opened in the meeting room of the Center at 12:00 p.m. on the same day in presence of the bidders or
their representatives. The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bid subject to the relevant provision of
SPP Rules.
