Respondent’s:
The respondents for this topic is the learners or a student who read to evaluate and determine
the learners reading performance.

Information about the topic:


Performance reading, or fluent oral reading, can be practiced when young students join in a
repeated reading of a book with memorable phrases or sound effects and added gestures, or when
older students plan how to read passages of a book with expression for an audience. Fluent oral
reading has three aspects it is accuracy, or reading the words in a text without error in
pronunciation, automaticity, or reading the words in a text correctly, and effortlessly and
prosody, or reading with appropriate expression and phrasing to reflect the meaning of a passage.
Students who read independently have greater reading comprehension, verbal fluency and
general knowledge than those who do not.

The Title: Relationship between the students health safety and the new face to face classes
Data collection technique: Web-based surveys and emailed based surveys.
Simple survey questionnaires:
1. Do you think your health is safe with the new regular face to face classes?
2. Do you prefer the face to face classes over the online/modular?
3. Do you agree with the implementation of social distancing for students health safety?

Composition
Description of the data:
Based on the data that the researchers gathered from the surveys that we conducted, Question
number one got 88%, Question number two got 96%, and Question number three got 100% of
the students who said yes to the three questions that we presented and to sum it a up 96% of the
respondents answered yes.
Interpretation of the data:
Most of the students prefer the new regular face to face classes despite the risk of their health
safety, though the students are still concerned of their health they still choose to prioritize going
to school and preferred the new regular face to face classes over the online and modular ways of
learning. The survey also shows that they are concerned and give value to their health safety but
still wanted the face to face classes.

Survey report
The objective of the survey is to determine the relationship between the students health safety
and the new regular face to face classes, The purpose of this study is to know the connection of
the health safety of the students in the new face to face classes and what the students prefer. The
information’s was gathered through survey questionnaires.

The researchers respondents is the students that participated in answering the emailed surveys.
The respondents were asked questions about the relation between the health safety of the
students and the new regular face to face classes. In this study the researchers we’re able to
determine through the surveys result that 96% of the respondents answered yes to the three
questions from then survey questionnaires.

To sum it up, most of the students prefer the new regular face to face classes despite the risk of
their health safety, The survey also shows that they are concerned and give value to their health
safety but still wanted the face to face classes as the students prefer to learn in this way rather
than the online classes and modular. The researchers recommend that students should still
practice social distancing despite the new regular face to face classes and the regular use of face
mask and hand Sanitization.
