Job Title: 3D Game Artist

Direct Report: Head of creative

Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Game Artist to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will have strong skills in industry-standard 3D software, and a passion for
creating stunning game art assets. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets
that will be used in our games, including characters, environments, props, and more.

Responsibilities
 Create high-quality 3D assets for use in our games, including characters,
environments, props, and more.
 Work collaboratively with other artists, game designers, and developers to ensure
that art assets meet project requirements and specifications.
 Optimize 3D assets for real-time performance in-game and other real-time
applications.
 Continuously improve skills and techniques to produce high-quality 3D art assets.
 Meet project deadlines and communicate progress and issues with the team.
 Ensure that asset files are organized and named to facilitate efficient integration into
game engines and other interactive media.

Requirement
 Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush,
or Blender.
 Experience with creating 3D game assets, including characters, environments, and
props.
 Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality art assets.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Knowledge of 2D drawing is a plus.

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or related fields.
 3+ years of experience as a 3D Game Artist in the gaming industry.
 Strong portfolio showcasing 3D art assets created using industry-standard 3D
software
