Dear Petre,
How are you?I hope you’re not too busy because we’ll have to do
something together.Me and some friends decided to organise a farewell
party for Alex because he is going in the United States to study at the
University.
We were thinking of doing a simple party with people, drinks, food
and music. Just enough to have some fun.I wrote you this letter because
I want you, if you’re not too busy, to come and help us make this party
possible.
We were also thinking of getting him some farewell gifts,
something that could make him think of us when he sees it.So if you
have any ideas, we’re open to suggestions.
If you’re agreeing to help us, then you will be in charge of the audio
part.You could bring some speakers and possibly a laptop so we can put
any type of music.That’s all that we need you to do.
I thought that the party’s date should be somewhere around 15 June
because he is leaving on the 18th.
This is all I wanted to say, I hope you’re free in that period and I’m
really excited to see you!
