COMMISSION AGREEMENT

The present Commission Agreement is concluded between M/s Anson Construction LLC,
whose registered address is at The One Tower, 36th floor Office no. 3601, Barsha Heights,
Dubai, U.A.E. hereafter “the First Party” and ____________________
_______________ whose registered address is at ________________________Dubai, U.A.E
“the Second Party”

Both the First and Second Parties collectively known as “the Parties”

Whereas, the First Party has strong technical capabilities in MEP works and Second Party will
act as an agent/broker for services rendered to the following Project leads:

 Maintenance of Power Plant;

 New Energy development and execution;

Whereas, the Second Party is currently having a capability to develop new and manage
potential Clients to facilitate securing sizeable projects particularly related to above.

1. Subject of Agreement

A. The first party agrees to pay second party, in exchange for the service rendered. The
Second party will make a 3% commission of the total revenue/contract value generate
for every successful project awarded.

B. Commission Agreement is applicable for UAE and GCC Region.

2. Commission Payment

A. The commission to be paid to the second party by one lot payment or by installment
in same percentage once first party received payment within 3 working days from Main
Client.

B. This agreement will not have the right to charge the first party any other payment for
any other reason except stated on this agreement.

This Agreement enters into force since the moment of signing on condition of prolongation.
However, both Parties have the right to cancel the Agreement by unilateral decision, the
cancellation must be done in advanced information (at least 30 working days prior).
In the event this Agreement is terminated due to causes for termination as described above,
neither one of the parties will have the right for any payments for compensation, penalization or
for any other concept claimed with reference to this Agreement.

In witness whereof, the parties to this Agreement have executed this Agreement on the days and
dates set out below, and certify that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement as set forth herein.

The effective date of this Agreement is the date of the signature last affixed to this page.
