Dear Son, Thanks for the birthday card son. I cant believe Im 75 years old.

Its amazing how time flies. I remember 30 years ago when I first say you I knew my life would be the same. Unfortunately I dont think I will have the pleasure or opportunity to write this letter next year. I saw the doctor a few days ago and he informed that my cancer has spread. What was Lung Cancer just a few months ago is now in stage 4 and has entered my Liver. Surprisingly I was not sad not mad when I heard the news. God has blessed me for these 75 great years. He has protected me from the evil and sin of life and as I know now will be with him in a matter of weeks. Son, I write this not in grieve of my recent news but in fear that I will never see you again, nor on earth or in heaven. I know you have always hated talking to me about this but as almost a deathbed wish, I hope you will listen so we can be together forever in Gods great temple. I know that you believe the world will end in 2012 and I understand your reasoning but I write to you to prove to you that you cant know when the world will. I beg you to read scripture for it is the spoken word of God and answers all your doubts. In 2 Peter 3:8-9 scripture says, 8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. You see Justin, God is eternal and has no since of time compared to us. Therefore you cant predict the end of time by math or the Mayan calendar. Even the Mayan calendar doesnt say 2012 will be the end of the earth but rather just the

beginning of a new era. Even if you do look at science, the Mayan calendar was based on star alignment and with the Mayans capabilities there is no way for them to predict this so far ahead. You see son, we do not know when the rapture will occur so we must prepare for the end of the world. To prepare just follow the example the teachings of Jesus in his advice to each of the 7 tribes in the book of revelation where its says, I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. Justin, please look at scripture. If you stay the selective Christian that you are God will reject you from the eternal resting place. You must admit by words your love for Christ and feel in your heart the love for him. Trust me or not you will be challenged during tribulation of your faith and I pray that you will stay strong will this hopeful new found faith. I dont expect you to believe immediately but I want to know how the end of the world will be. Read the book of revelations chapters 4-8 and you will see that I am not making this stuff up. Your faith will be tested by the seven seals and seven trumpets like in Revelation 6:12-17 where it says, 12I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. 15Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16They called to the mountains and the rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the

throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand? Do you see now son that if you do not find God you will face these tribulations for nothing? The end of the world will be the end of life, as you and me know it. You see when the earth is destroyed God will destroy all evil, and the believers will be risen up to sit next to him in his throne of Heaven. Look at Revelation 19:19-21 where it says, 19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army. 20 But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. 21 The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh. There will be nothing left. Son, you have been a joy in my life and the greatest son a father could ask for. I love you like Jesus loves us all. While I have had a good run here on earth, nothing will compare to being with God and your mother in Heaven. I know you still have so much good to do in the world and know you will find God so we can be reunited in Heaven for all eternity. Love, Your Father
