IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES / उ मीदवार के लए मह वपूण नदश

1. Please bring this Admit card in original.
कृपया इस एड मट काड को मूल प म लाएं |

2. Bring any one Photo Identity Proof in original such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank
Passbook with photograph (stamped by bank)/ ID Card issued by present employer (Govt. departments only)/
Aadhar card/ E-Adhar card (printed with photograph). Candidate without original Photo ID proof will not be
permitted to appear for the examination. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be
allowed to appear for the Examination.
कसी भी एक फोटो पहचान प क मूल त लेकर आएं जैसे पैन काड/ पासपोट/ ाइ वग लाइसस/ वोटर काड/ बक पासबुक जस पर फोटो
हो तथा बक क मुहर अव य लगी हो/ वतमान नयो ा (केवल सरकारी वभाग) ारा जारी पहचान प /आधार काड/ ई-आधार काड ( टे ड,
जसमे फोटो अव य हो). फोटो पहचान प क मूल त के बना उ मीदवार को परी ा म बैठने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी | कसी भी दशा म
उ मीदवार क पहचान संदेहजनक होने पर भी उ मीदवार को परी ा म बैठने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी |
Note: The photo identity proof must contain the same name as it appears on the call letter.

- Ration Card will NOT be accepted as valid id proof.
- राशन काड को मा य पहचान प के प म वीकार नह कया जाएगा |
- In case of any discrepancy in identity i.e. mismatch in name and photograph the candidate may not be
permitted to appear for the examination.
- पहचान प म कसी भी वसंग त, जैसे क नाम, फोटो के बेमेल होने क दशा म उ मीदवार को परी ा म बैठने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी |

3. You are requeted to report to the examination center at the time mentioned on the Admit Card.
आपसे अनुरोध है क एड मट काड म उ ल खत समय पर परी ा क पर प ंचे |
Note: Candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination venue after Gate Closere Time

4. Candidate without Admit card and Valid Photo ID Proof shall not be allowed in the Examination under any
circumstances by the center superintendent.
क अधी क ारा कसी भी प र थ त म वेश प और वैध फोटो पहचान प के बना उ मीदवार को परी ा म बैठने क अनुम त नह द
जाएगी |

5. In any condition candidate shall not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the conclusion of the
examination and without handing over the OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator concerned.
कसी भी दशा म उ मीदवार को परी ा के समापन से पहले तथा परी ा पूण होने पर ओएमआर आंसर शीट स बं धत पयवे क को स पे बना
परी ा क को छोड़ने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी |

6. Candidate should check and ensure that the Test Booklet contains as many number of pages as written on the
top of the cover page.
उ मीदवार यह जांच ल और सु न त कर ल क टे ट बुकलेट के कुल पृ क सं या बुकलेट के शीष पर लखी गयी सं या के बराबर है |
 7. Candidate shall not remove any page(s) form the Test Booklet and if any page (s) is/are found missing from
his/her Test Booklet, he/she may be liable for suitable action.
उ मीदवार टे ट बुकलेट के कसी भी पेज को नह नकालगे और य द कोई पेज उसक बुकलेट से गायब पाया जाता है तो वह उपयु कायवाई
के लए उ रदायी होगा/होगी |

8. Candidate should bring good quality blue/black ball point pens for the examination. Use of Pencil, Ink/Sketch
Pen or Gel Pen is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

9. Answers have to be provided in the OMR answer sheet which will be provided at the examination center.

10. Candidate should use blue/black ball point pen only to write particulars on the cover page of Test Booklet,
OMR and for darkening the circles of responses. Darken ONLY ONE CIRCLE for each answer as shown in the
example below. If you darken more than one circle, that answer will not be evaluated. No
whitener/eraser/blade is allowed for changing answers.

11. The candidate should ensure that he/she has darkened the circle providing information on the Roll Number,
Application sequence Number, Test booklet number & Question paper series in the OMR Sheet.
उ मीदवार को यह सु न त करना होगा क उसने ओएमआर आंसर शीट म रोल नंबर, ए लीकेशन नंबर, टे ट बुकलेट नंबर तथा टे ट बुकलेट
सीरीज के बारे म जानकारी भरते ए सही वृ को काला/नीला कया है |
12. Pencil, Calculators , Logtables, calculating devices, wrist watch or any other electronic devices, Communication
Devices like Cellular Phone/Pager etc. and textual materials is strictly prohibited in the examination Center.
Edible items and water bottles are not allowed. If a candidate is in possession of cellular Phone/Pager or any
other electronic device during the exam, the same will be forfeited and his/her candidature may be cancelled.
NO arrangements will be made in the Examination Center to keep personal belongings. Pencil box, bags,
purses etc are not allowed inside the examination Center.

13. OMR answer sheet consists of only one copy which will be submitted by the invigilators once the examination
will be over.
ओएमआर उ र प क क केवल एक त होगी जो परी ा समा त होने पर पयवे क ारा जमा कर ली जाएगी |

14. You are being allowed to appear in written examination provisionally, subject to receipt and verification of all
your documents. Hence, before appearing in the written test, you must ensure that you fulfill the eligibility
criteria (Qualification, Experience etc) and other norms mentioned in the advertisement. In case it is detected
at any stage of selection process or there after that you do not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that you have
furnished any incorrect/false information or have suppressed material fact(s), your candidature will be
automatically cancelled.
