Instructions for follow-ups & monthly report for EQUINOR

This document regards to our follow-ups with Equinor (meetings and monthly reports).
Follow-up meetings
We will have bi-weekly meetings, divided into four groups. Thus, each presenter will present
his/her work every two months.
The meetings will be scheduled in the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, but please
be aware that sometimes a meeting needs to be rescheduled, so it is very important that you
always check your Unicamp Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com/).
Moreover, the presenters for each meeting can change according to some demands or
specificities of the project. Please check Table 1 regarding the list of presenters for every
meeting.
In the meeting, we allocated 30 min per presenter: 20 min presentation + 10 min for
questions. Please practice your presentations so that the 20 min is respected. Remember that if
you use more than your time, you will be impacting your colleagues' presentation because the
meeting will end on time.

Regarding the presentation, please use the template and the following structure:

 1 slide with title of your MSc/PhD/Postdoc project (cover slide)


 1 slide with the objectives (long-term and presentation)
 1 slide with an overview of general methodology
 1 to 4 slides of the procedures / methodologies specific for the last bi-month
 2 to 5 slides of the latest results / achievements
 1 slide of highlights and/or concluding remarks
 1 slide with next steps
 1 slide with acknowledgements
 As many backup slides as you want
Botechia will send the presentations to Equinor 2 days prior to the meetings. So please
remember to follow the schedules we established in this document.

Monthly Reports
Regarding the report, please use the template and keep it 1 page long.
Although the presentations will happen each two months for each presenter, the report must be
sent in monthly basis.
Send the first version of the report until the 5th day of the current month, reporting the activities
of the previous month, and, in case of any comments or revisions, send us back a new version in
two business days.
The reference month of the report should be the month when the report is delivered (e.g., if you
are delivering the report on June 5th, please put June in your report). This will allow avoiding
any confusion.
There is no need to upload the presentations and files in Atenna anymore.

Botechia will the reports Equinor by email until day 10th of each month. So please remember
to follow the schedules we established in this document.
