Departure Information
Directions to the South Terminal meeting point: Satnav postcode: RH6 0LL. Or click for directions on your
device. - As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for short stay
& pick up. - At the short stay barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. - Drive into the
orange car park and go up to LEVEL 1. - At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE meet & greet area.
Park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. - Then make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that
the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.Give the car
park a call on 01293 300 730 once you have your luggage. Directions: Exit the terminal building and follow signs
for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to Short Stay Orange Car Park
– level 1- ready for you to drive home.
Arrival Information
The car park's directions and procedures have changed slightly so make sure you read through them carefully.
You don't need to call the car park on your way to the airport. When you arrive follow the directions below for the
terminal you're flying from. Remember to have your booking reference to hand when you arrive so the friendly
parking team can identify you. If you do need to contact the car park on the day, you can give them a call on
01293 300 730. Once you've arrived at your meeting point the driver will inspect your vehicle and take photos –
make sure you leave 3 or 4 minutes for this. Then hand over your keys and walk to the terminal. SOUTH
TERMINAL As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for short
stay & pick up. At the short stay barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the
orange car park and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the meet & greet area. Park up in
row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Then make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the
