Hello, I share the daily routine that I start from the moment I get up until I go to bed
again.

What time do you wake up?

I wake up at 5:00 a.m. every morning monday to friday.
 What do you do when you get up in the morning?
I drink water first, shower for 30 minutes, and prepare breakfast
 How do you go to work?
At 7 am, I'm ready to go to work, and I have my own car so it takes me
approximately 20 minutes to get to the office in Barranquilla.
 Where do you work?

I work in a pharmaceutical laboratory.

 What do you do in your workplace?

At work we make medicines for human use

 What time do you have lunch?
I usually have lunch at around 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.
 Where do you take lunch?
I usually take lunch at the company cafeteria or nearby restaurants.

When do you get off work?

I finish work at 6.00 p.m. every day.
 What do you do when you get off work?
After work, I like to go to the gym and work out to stay healthy.
Sometimes, I meet up with friends or family for dinner or to hang out.

What time do you have dinner?

I usually have dinner at around 8:00 p.m.
 What time do you go to sleep?
I usually go to bed at around 10:30 p.m.

What do you do on days off?

I like to go to see the sunsets in the beach of Puerto Colombia
