Feeding Habits
I exercise at least half an hour a day in the afternoons five times a week.
I try to eat foods that are lower in fat.
I don't eat a lot of meat.
I moderate the control of sugar and salt in foods and drinks.
I consume salads once a day and at least three fruits a day.

What is a normal day in your life?


I usually get up at 7:00 am. Then, I take a shower and I get dressed. Also, I sometimes
cook my breakfast and I go to work. At 2:00 pm, I frequently eat my lunch with my
coworkers. I always leave work at 4:00 pm and I go to home. Occasionally, I take a
break. Then, I start my classes until 10:30. Finally, I go to sleep.

How do you usually eat between college, work, and home?


In the morning, before going to work, I always eat a light breakfast with some fruit or
juice with a bread. At noon, at my work, I sometimes eat another fruit. At lunch, I
always eat salad and drink plenty of water. At night, I often drink a glass of milk or
coffee with a little toast.
