Healthy and unhealthy lifestyles
Hi my name is David. Sleeping 8 hours and eating fruits are among the activities that I
do the most, since it is the healthiest. Because, it helps you recharge your batteries
and be more active. I like to drink alcohol and have coffee almost every morning, but, it
something that I know, it is not very healthy, for me. I like doing exercises 3 times a
week, swimming on weekends, to de-stress from problems, and riding a bicycle when I
have to move from one place to another. I don't eat junk food often though, because I
know they have a lot of toxins and are harmful. I enjoy watching television, even so,
however, I do it only when I have visitors. Unlike the fact that I sometimes drink alcohol,
I have never used drugs, why, I know it is a vice and it will damage my body and my
mind.
