A. YOUR DIET:
I really eat very little junk food, only when I go out with my friends, which is once in a
while.
Well, as for fruits, I always eat them in the afternoon, after my lunch, and vegetables
as my daily lunch.
I don't really spend much time alone on the weekends when I have time, because the
university leaves a lot of homework to do.

Dear diary,
I really want to make my lifestyle healthier and have thought
of some things that I can do. First I could start by going out
everyday for a walk for about two hours in the morning, then
coming to take a shower. Second, I would go downstairs for
breakfast, start by eating something healthy like boiled eggs
and two pieces of toast and drink a cup of oatmeal. In
addition to that, I could change my style of eating my lunch,
no longer eat rice, but only vegetables and leave junk food
aside, and most importantly spend an hour in the afternoon
exercising and stretching my body. These lifestyle changes
will make me a healthier person and may help me live longer
and healthier.
