have you decided to make in your life?

A. YOUR DIET:

¿HOW MUCH JUNK FOOD DO YOU EAT?

I really eat very little junk food, only when I go out with my friends, which is once in a
while.

¿HOW OFTEN DO YOU EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES?

Well, as for fruits, I always eat them in the afternoon, after my lunch, and vegetables
as my daily lunch.

B. YOUR EXERCISE HABITS :

¿HOW MUCH WALKING DO YOU DO?

I walk very little actually, most of my time is spent sitting.

¿HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET EXERCISE OR PLAY SPORTS?

Well, I dedicate an hour a day to exercise.


C. YOUR HEALTH HABITS:

HOW WELL DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?

In order to clear my mind I listen to music, read a book I like.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIEND?

I don't really spend much time alone on the weekends when I have time, because the
university leaves a lot of homework to do.

Dear diary,
I really want to make my lifestyle healthier and have thought
of some things that I can do. First I could start by going out
everyday for a walk for about two hours in the morning, then
coming to take a shower. Second, I would go downstairs for
breakfast, start by eating something healthy like boiled eggs
and two pieces of toast and drink a cup of oatmeal. In
addition to that, I could change my style of eating my lunch,
no longer eat rice, but only vegetables and leave junk food
aside, and most importantly spend an hour in the afternoon
exercising and stretching my body. These lifestyle changes
will make me a healthier person and may help me live longer
and healthier.
