DIET
The most important part of the diet is
drink water and eats food who have a
lot of vitamins and minerals. Also
important is cut down with chemical
food and sweets.

I usually eat for breakfast toast with


cheese or cereal. For dinner my favorite
things is pasta.
SLEEPING HABITS
Sleep is important thing in our life so you
should have your sleeping habits for example
one hour before you go to bed you should turn
off your phone because blue lights is harmful
for your eyes. Make your room darker is also
good for healthy sleep.
I try go to bed before 12 pm because i'm very
tired in the morning. I usually listening to
music before go to sleep because its relax me
and i sleep better after that.
GETTING ACTIVE
Every day activity give your body system a lots of
energy and fun. Good idea is walks or swimming for
example. My favorite way of getting active is walk
with my friends or ride a bike.
WAYS OF RELAX
Relax is also as important as getting
active. There is so much ways of
relax fe. reading books, listening to
music or podcast. I really like
listening to music i think is the best
way of relax and refresh your mind.
TIPS
● Make your own routine. Own routine is the best form
organising your day and stay fit and healthy.
● You should remember to eat regular and healthfull
dishes.
● If you have any problems with your body system
remember to say that to your doctor because be healthy
it’s the most important.
