MY WELLNESS CREED

Hi, I am John! I am a versatile person and a persevering


student who will be a successful Filmmaker soon. I believe in a
saying, “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the
world. Today, I am wise, so I’m changing myself”. Most of us
have the desire to change the world at one time or another,
but it’s often much better/wiser to start a change within
ourselves first. And now, I commit to change myself for the
betterment of my life.

I aspire to adapt to a healthy lifestyle. I plan to focus on my


physical health as this was an area that I needed to improve
the most and would also contribute positively to my spiritual,
emotional, social, intellectual, and environmental well-being. I
also plan to reward myself whenever I accomplish a goal and
record my health achievement by writing it in a journal.

I will make a habit to have regular exercise for at least 30


minutes a day. I will maintain 8 hours of sleep every day and
be conscious of the food I am eating. If possible, I will maintain
a balanced and nutritional diet and drink eight glasses of water
every day. For stress management, I will pray and meditate
before going to bed and find ways to reduce stress.
Furthermore, to improve my quality of life, I will maintain
healthy relationships with my family and friends.
