Change the way you think
Change closed mindset to open mindset.
● I can’t do this I still learning
● I have failed I can still improve
● I should quit I should ask for help
Add positive thinking to your everyday life.
● Believe in yourself, you can do it!
Eating habits
Never skip breakfast.
● Try eating smaller meals more frequently for sustained energy throughout the day.
Drink plenty of water.
● Try starting your day with a glass of water right when you wake up.
● Set a goal to drink water instead of sugar-sweetened drinks.
Eat Fruit and Vegetables
● Set a goal to fill half your plate with fruit and vegetables at every meal.
Eating fish twice a week.
Beef, pork and chicken are to be avoided.
Rest and recreation
● Before sleeping do a few exercise ; shaking the hands, arms, and legs ; rotating the
neck ; moving the belly button to reach the back (stomach exercise)
● Warm up 5-10 minutes, Work out 30 minutes/ session at least 2 times a week and Cool
down 5-10 minutes.
● Exercise is important.
● Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood
and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function.
● Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social
withdrawal.
