Hi Icpnabella J, I know what you mean. I also used to have a bad lifestyle for my health.

When I
was in high school, I used to have bad habits for example, I ate lots of sweets, desserts,
hamburgers whatever junk food. Besides, I didn’t exercise, frequently. I only exercised in my
physical education classes. Besides, I didn't know how to take advantage of my free time, I almost
always spent it watching Netflix. Until a change happened in my life. I changed schools, it was very
difficult for me to get used to it. I remember that I was not an outstanding student because I was
used to not trying hard in courses that were whatever subject difficult for me. And not only that, I
was not very organized. My room was almost always messy. Also, I used to get really stressed out
because homework was piling up, but luckily I met good people who became my friends. Over
time I became a better student, but for that to happen I changed a lot.

In my life, now. I got used to being a little more organized and disciplined. On the other hand, I
also take more care of my health. For instance, I exercise more often in my spare time. Moreover, I
am eating healthier than I ate before, I ate more vegetables and fruits. And I drink water instead of
soda for example.

Whenever I feel stress about whatever. I take a moment to think clearly what to do. I am glad I
changed some bad habits for good habits and I will continue to strive to be my best version.
