Now, it’s time for your writing assignment. Write a 150-word text about why personal health is
important for you.

I’ve always been an exercising person, since I was 12

I used to workout,

whether it be in a gym or at home, because I was thin and I really wanted to change that. I
tried to maintain that lifestyle until I was 19, where it was my best moment

I had a diet with 6 meals a day and also I used to sleep well, so my health was good those
years.

When I entered to study at University,

When I enrolled to the University,

I had to leave the gym because of lack of time and I sometimes did some exercise at home but
without the intensity of before. My nutritional health and sleep were also affected and I lost
weight. After that I tried to come back to that lifestyle but I never could have those habits
again. Currently I keep doing exercise at home but not frequently and my nutrition and my
hours of sleep are still bad.

Now I just take conscience about that

Now I just become aware of that


and I want to do something about it, I just need to re organize my time, put me some goals and
look for the time that I need to improve my health in all aspects.
