Dear Afan,
I was sorry to hear that you’ve got problems with your health nowadays. I understand what you are going
through and how you feel. So, I’m here to give you some advice to help you deal with your problems.
First of all, you should arrange your time wisely to make sure you’ve time for exercise. Working out at
gym is a good hobby that can help us to keep our body fit and healthy. I think you shouldn’t stop this
good hobby. In my opinion, you should make your own timetable to plan your time. Make sure you have
at least 30 minutes for exercise daily. Besides, I think you could work out when you’re not at work but
please do not stop exercise completely.
Next, I must agree with your mother’s opinion. You need balanced meals a day but not only vegetables.
We need a balance and healthy diet everyday based on the food pyramid to keep our body health. A
healthy diet including carbohydrates, meals, vegetables, fruits and beans. Based on what you have
searching I don’t think so it is helpful to keep your body health. In faith, eating vegetables might help you
to lost your weight but what you really need is a balanced diet. While concerning how to lost your weight,
don’t forget to take care of your healthy too.
Last but not least, I know you might be very busy with your part-time job but always keep in mind that
you should have a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyles such as get enough rest, exercise regularly and
having a healthy meal. Unhealthy lifestyle will destroy your healthy and cause many diseases!
