 Do you have any unhealthy habits?


Well, to be honest, I would like to say that there are some unhealthy habits that I try to
change.They are eating too much fat foods and not having breakfast, you know breakfast is an
important meal of day.
 In what ways do you try to stay healthy?
Alright, I stay healthy by eating a lot of veggies and fruits.Beside that, I also do exercises for 15-
30 minutes on youtube.
 Is it easy to keep fit where you live?
Yes, it is easy for me to keep fit because there are some fitness centers and gymnasiums located
in my area.Moreover, these places are suitable for all ages to come.
 What do you thing is more important, eating healthily or doing exercise?
Actually, eating a balance diet and doing exercise are really important for health care.Therefore,
we should combine both to be effective.
 What are the health benefits of playing a sport?
Playing a sport can help us make friends and enhance physical power.Otherwise, playing a sport
can also make our health become better.
 Have you ever have any habits which you consider to be unhealthy?

Actually, I used to think that money was more essential than health.But,when I grow up, I have
realized the importance of health because if we want to do anything, the first thing we must do
is staying healthy.
