Dialogue

The healthy way of life is the one I use the most, at the beginning of my day I always

exercise every day for at least 15 minutes, I drink unsweetened water (no energy

drinks, no sodas) to stay healthy, but sometimes, I just sleep 5 hours and I spend many

hours in front of the computer. Also, I like drinking beer, it is bad for my liver, and I

know it. But most of the time, I like eating healthy lunches like salads, steamed

chicken, etc. These lunches I make are great for a stable life, but as I said before,

sometimes I like doing things that don't go with my routine and rarely cause problems

for me.
