After taking the questionnaire, come to the following conclusion.

My friend Josue, he has a very balanced lifestyle, he eats properly, he does


not eat junk food frequently, he consumes fruits and
vegetables on a daily basis. I am very happy for him,
I hope you continue to maintain those good habits;
therefore, I will do a series of recommendations that
will help you maintain those healthy habits.
1. Remember that a good diet is accompanied by a good physical
training, it is advisable to do it 3 times a week, at least ten minutes.
2. Drink a lot of water after exercising or every so often, at least two
liters of water a day is what our body needs.
3. Have a healthy diet, continue consuming fruits and vegetables, try
not to consume junk food frequently, at least once or twice a month.
