 Content: Being healthy-unhealthy


 Aims: To recognise healthy-unhealthy habits, implications of a healthy life.
 Learning results
Know: About food, habits, sanitation.
 Be Able to:
1. Recognize the actions that are good for our daily routines in order to keep a
healthy life.
2. Make a poster showing the importance of balance, food habits.
3. Interpretate, understand and answer about the importance of drinking water
to keep our body healthy.
Be aware of: How important is to choose food, to be clean, the importance of
sleeping well and drinking enough water.

 Assessment:
The students should be able to:
Identify daily actions that help and lead to good habits.
Recognize how important is food for our body.
Choose healthier options to drink, identify what food is nourishing.

 Communication.
Vocabulary: Food, nourishing, healthy, unhealthy, clean, germs, balance, quantity,
more, less, exercise, mind, body, inside-outside, plate, size, drinks, type of food,
nutrients, emotions.
Structure: Present simple. Do exercise and drink water every day.
Function: Comparing. Recognition.
Cognition: Understanding every day habits that build our heathy life. Understand the
balance of choosing food and how important is water to our human body.
 Resources: videos, photocopies, vocabulary posters.
