Yes, my friend and i have healthy habits like often do exercise, eat fruits and vegetables, upload the
stairs, drink some water every day and sometimes go to the park. And unhealthy habits like
sometimes eat a lot of junk food and sleep for about four or five hours.
3.Do you exercise with him/ her regularly? What and how do you do it?
No, we don't exercise together because we like different things with respect to sport, but in the
weekends each one practice your exercises.
4.What other things are you and this person doing to improve your lifestyle?
I go to the park for a run and try to eat some fruits and vegetables, walk in the streets in my free time
and drink water.
