1.Do you and your friend have healthy or unhealthy habits?

Yes, my friend and i have healthy habits like often do exercise, eat fruits and vegetables, upload the
stairs, drink some water every day and sometimes go to the park. And unhealthy habits like
sometimes eat a lot of junk food and sleep for about four or five hours.

2.What do you not do to be healthy?


I don't exercise every day and sometimes don't eat a lot of fruits or salad, most of the time i am
sitting and i don't Walk.
3.What types of food do you not eat to stay healthy? Why?
I eat all kinds of food, but in general I hardly eat vegetables and some grains, because I don't like the
flavors and onions.

4.Are you trying to lose weight?


Yes, I am trying to lose weight because I want to have a healthier lifestyle for my joints.

I do sports and go to the park to run, but the most important thing is to drink water.

We exercise every weekend and sometimes the Mondays, I run fast and slow in the park, and my
friend rides a bike.

I Sometimes go to the doctor once a year for a check-up because I don't think I need more.

No, I am not going to swim because I can't of an ear operation.

I sometimes sleep for about five or six hours.

I cope with stress, having peace and taking a few naps for relax.

I go to the park for a run and try to eat some fruits and vegetables, walk in the streets in my free time
and drink water.

Yes, I play sports, I love to run in the park or in the street, I also like to practice self-defense

I don't play a sport in specific, but every weekend I go running in the streets

Yes, we have unhealthy habit, sometimes we eat some candy or junk food

No, we don't exercise together because we like different things with respect to sport, but in the
weekends each one practice your exercises.

No, we don't because sometimes we don't have breakfast or lunch, and we eat from the restaurant
we found first, and we don't measure the portions of the food

I eat a lot of cereals and cheese, and I like all kind of pastas

I exercise every weekend and sometimes the Mondays, I run in the park but is not enough because I
need to improve my joints, but I don't have much time.
