Objective 4.
1. No, the general behavior regarding values and such was not a big problem, but all these
things, living a lazy and unhealthy lifestyle every day is very tiring and not beneficial for
the mind and body. Though values and respect are important, you can still have them
even if you are working diligently and eating healthy or doing activities to preserve your
own health.

2. The healthy dimension that has been maintained or achieved by the Sitio Katamakawan
community is spiritual. As for the other dimensions mentioned above, it was hard to
see. Spiritually, because they still to some extent still make time to go to church and
respect others. But they do not have healthy emotional, intellectual, physical and
mental health because they are mostly stuck playing virtual games or being lazy.

3. No, in reality, we are not living the exact opposite of a physically active and healthy
lifestyle. Examples include:

 They eat almost anything they want without suffering the side effects to think
about their own body.
 They use other people to do their own chores.
 Teens are mainly engaged in games and surfing the Internet.

4. The risk factors of these diseases are likely:

 Obesity - due to eating too much.

 Diabetes - possibly due to eating too much sugar.
 Heart Failure - excessive fat consumption.
 High blood pressure - consequence of being overweight.
 Cancer (for the most severe and chronically unhealthy lifestyles) - may be in
the kidneys, uterus or liver.

5. If I were to have a friend living in Sitio Katamakawan, I would advise him to not follow
the lifestyle of other people and maybe tell him the risks if he continues to live his life
that way. He can start by stopping the things that he mostly does aside from going to
church and being respectful to the elders. He should clear out his fridge of junk food
and replace it with fresh, healthy foods. Then he should stop using technologies for
hours, and do some physical exercises.
6.
1. The benefit of technology is that we can listen to and keep track of our health needs
simply by searching for technology and using it to advise us on what are the best
healthy lifestyle options.
2. The downside of technology is the same freedom it gives us to do almost anything
with it. We can become so engrossed in using technology because of its convenience
that we expose ourselves to harmful substances and have less time to actually
maintain our physical health.

7.
 For kids, they can play outside of the idea of "avoiding the unexpected", which is
very raw and binding. In spite of our best efforts, accidents do happen. We can't
always prevent them, but we can be prepared for them.
 For teens, they can start doing physical exercises or exercise their mind by
studying and reading books.
 For adults, you can also move and observe what you are eating.

Objective 5.
1. Hip-Hop Styles
2. Street dance is therefore a "watered down" or “commercialised" version of hip-hop.
3. Hip-hop dance is a vibrant form of dance that combines variety of freestyle movements
to create a cultural piece of art.
4. Krumping, tutting, locking, B-boying, shuffling, popping, breakdance, dance styles .
5. Yes. Because this can be a form of exercise that can improve physical and mental health
of a person by doing this kind of dancing.
6. Yes. Because it’s good for our health and body.
