For Advertising:
1. Print media advertising is any form of physical printing that is used to promote products
or services. This includes newspapers, magazines, posters, and billboards, as well as
direct mail.

2. Advertising copywriters usually work with the art director in an advertising agency.
Advertising is an important part of the creative process, involved in the conception,
development, and production of brilliant commercials. Branding is one of the many
aspects of its work. It creates catchy messages or slogans that help promote a company
or product.

3. Here are some of the professionals who could help create print advertisements: a
commercial character designer, illustrators, graphic designers, and industrial designers.

For Comics Illustration:

4. In the 1920s, Liwayway Magazine began running comic strips under the direction of
Romualdo Ramos and Tony Velasquez, such as the still-running Mga Kabalbalan ni
Kenkoy (The Misfortune of Kenkoy). Velasquez is considered one of the pioneers of
Filipino comics.

5. Richard Fenton Outcault's 1896 strip, "The Yellow Kid," is generally credited as the birth
of the modern comic strip. This charming and inspiring comic features an adorable old
baby with a clever message printed on his clothing.

6. Antonio "Tony" Velasquez is a Filipino illustrator who is considered the father of Tagalog
comics and the pioneer and founding father of the Philippine comics industry. He is
known for his creation of Kenkoy, a well-known Philippine comic strip character.
7. For several years starting in the late 1970s, DC Comics employed a number of Filipino
artists, including Niño, Nebres, and Alcala. Their work was highly respected by both fans
and critics.

For Book Design and Illustration:

8. The Philippine book industry has been growing steadily over the past few years, with
publishers, writers, illustrators, and readers all helping to fuel its growth. We recognise
that books can be an effective means of communication and expression of ideas, and we
appreciate the industry's efforts to make them accessible to as many people as possible.

9. Interrupted and partially hidden titles. All-over patterns. Blurry covers. Title and imagery
as one. Illusion of depth. Surrealism. Rough sketches on covers. Pixel art.

10. Digital media has had a minimal impact on the printing and publishing industry at this
point. In fact, it allowed both publishers and consumers to have more viable additional
options.
