1. Technology offers convenience in many art forms especially photography.

2. In the field of photography, there was a tough and controversial fight  with regards to
being considered as art form. Because of the diverse areas photography is used to and
the variety of applications it derived into, it is made as a skeptical art medium.  But,
because of its diverse usage like scientific photography and commercial photography,
mass distribution of modern cameras, digital cameras make it hard to be considered as
an art form.

3. Nowadays, photography rose to popularity and it is already considered as an art of like


any other.  Multiple museums and galleries showcasing photographic works are already
built pushing it to fame, thus considered as modern art form.

4. Producing perfect or presentable pictures without editing it. That would make an artist.
Also if he/she know how to capture a good angle for a model or scenery.

5. The photographer has a wide imagination that in taking a picture he or she is not just
taking a photo but he/she uses his/her imaginations so if you look at their photos created
there are thousands of messages that's why it was a powerful communication tools
nowadays.

8. We can see different photographs or pictures below. Each of them implies different
message and art.
1. It uses the modern technologies and through it, we make art through the things that we
capture and the nature or background we use.

2. a. Celluloid strip film  

This film strip is thin and flexible that it can pass through a camera and thin enough that when light is
flashed from one side of it, it gets projected to the other side. It is used to take continuous photographs that
when looped together result in movement, hence a film. Celluloid gave filmmakers an avenue to make films
flow smoothly and be edited, cut up, and taped together, to their liking. This is how celluloid strip film
contributed to the evolution of filmmaking.

b. Lighter cameras  

With the dawn of the digital era, film cameras became lighter and more compact because the weight of the
film stock which held the celluloid film strip disappeared and was replaced by a small memory card. The
contribution of lighter cameras in filmmaking is that, today, even though high budget productions still use
huge cameras, a normal DSLR could be used to make a film. Making filmmaking accessible to anyone who
had a DSLR.  

c. Sound  

Sound added another layer to a film when it was introduced in the 1920s. This revolutionized the film
industry and gave film viewers another scale to understand, and it gave filmmakers another tool to tell their
story. Today sound in film is fully realized and used to give emphasis to actions being shown on screen and
even tell a story of its own.  

d. Color  

After being in the black and white era for a while, film transitioned into the coloured realm with Cupid
Angling in 1918 and was followed by The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind in Technicolor in 1935.
Colour gave film another way to artistically express itself, much like in sound. Additions to film like sound
and colour are only some of the reasons that explain why the film director is considered an artist.

e. Computer animation and special effects

Technological advancement in film like sound and colour lead to more advancements like computer
animation, special effects, and visual effects. Computer Generated Imagery or CGI as we know them today,
are proof that film and the art are pushing boundaries to make itself more realistic and to be able to mimic
life as closely as possible. It also uses CGI to create different worlds that would never exist in our reality.

4. The allied arts that have emerged as part of the film industry have contributed much for
the industry's breakthrough. It helped the industry to produce more good films with high
standards and with the best quality to satisfy viewers.

1. Animation is the process of making the illusion of motion and the illusion of change[Note 1] by
means of the rapid display of a sequence of static images that minimally differ from each other.
The illusion—as in motion pictures in general—is thought to rely on the phi phenomenon.
Animators are artists who specialize in the creation of animation. Animation can be recorded with
either analogue media, a flip book, motion picture film, video tape, digital media, including formats
with animated GIF, Flash animation and digital video. To display animation, a digital camera,
computer, or projector are used along with new technologies that are produced. Animation creation
methods include the traditional animation creation method and those involving stop motion
animation of two and three-dimensional objects, paper cutouts, puppets and clay figures. Images
are displayed in a rapid succession, usually 24, 25, 30, or 60 frames per second.

2. It makes films more interesting. Since animation was discovered through a series of consecutive
pictures, people have been interested in this and applied this to the making of films and movies.
Today, drawings can come alive through animation in 2D and 3D forms. We now enjoy the
contribution of animation in film making.

environment.
