Well, I didn’t really have a healthy habit until recently when I start to cook myself a healthy
diet. I believe this activity can benefit both my mental and physical health. I usually try to
cook as often as possible for all of my meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
What I mean by healthy diet is a meal with a variety of foods that give me the required
nutrients I need to feel good, to have energy and to be healthy. These nutrients include
protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. I used to only hit the gym and
did not care about what I eat. Consequently, there wasn’t any progress and I could not get
fit.
I try my best to make healthy meals as often as possible. You can buy healthy meals here
in Ha Noi but they are very expensive. That’s why I usually cook for 2-3 days, so 6-7 meals
per time. It saves me a lot of time and a lot of money. However, I get fed up with it
sometimes.
The reason why I enjoy eating healthy is that when combined with being physically active
and maintaining a healthy weight, eating well is an excellent way to help my body stay
strong and healthy. In addition, seeing myself looking fit and healthy makes me happy
which is good for my mental health too.
Describe an invention that you believe has changed how people live.
I would like to talk about telephone which, in my opinion, is one of the most revolutionary
creations that have greatly changed our life. As far as I know, Graham Bell was the father
of this terrific device and he invented it in the last century after countless numbers of trials
and errors.
It is no exaggeration to say that human’s life has been totally changed since the first
telephones were devised. Few centuries ago, it took us ages to deliver letters. In case of
emergency or confidential cases, people could hardly contact with each other because no
such instantly communicative means as telephones were available back then. You know,
communication enhancement is widely believed to act as the central core of the social
development. As the most obvious example, telephones made it much easier for people to
express their urgent messages to distant recipients. Moreover, when we want to find
someone without any ideas where he is, we just need to call him via telephones and
problems may be solved in no time. So, that’s why the advent of telephones has
considerably improved our society by the way we contact with our family, acquaintances
or even strangers.

Anyway, I wandered into the store, intending only on browsing, but I came
across a pair of jeans in my size, which is unusual, so I tried them on. They
fitted like a glove so I bought em!
Since then, I’ve worn them to death! I mean, I probably wear them almost
every day. I used to pair them with a shirt and blazer when going to parties or
smart-casual but nowadays I mostly wear them around my house as they are
well-worn. My girlfriend keeps saying that I should throw ‘em out but I can’t
bring myself to do it.
Describe someone you know who dresses well
I’d like to talk about my mother, who is considered as a fashion icon by a lot of
her friends. My Mom is famous for her sense of style. She loves the classic
style, which means, her fashion is simple, but it turns out to be stylish all the
time. Her motto is “Simple is the best” but the way she mixes colors makes
people admire. She usually keeps up with the latest fashion and each season,
she seems to have a new appearance .
Everyone believes that my mother has an eye for fashion; therefore, they often
ask her for some advice. She said to me that:” Dressing well is a good form of
art”, so, let’s do well, live well and dress really well.
4. Describe a clothing item you bought and disliked
I’m not very beauty conscious and don’t care much about the clothing item I
choose to wear. I wear whatever I like. So, here, I’d like to talk about a piece of
clothing which I purchased with much excitement and ended up hating during
my last visit to the National Capital of India, New Delhi. My friend and I went to
the cheap-yet-stylish merch at Sarojini Nagar Market, where I was amazed to
find almost everything, from cute tops to all-out dresses, suede bags, hipster
shades, cool belts, satin stoles & scarves, and my favourite cartoon and anime
printed tees at a one-stop-shop. Surprisingly, everything we liked was available
at reasonable prices, so I purchased the cartoon-printed Donald Duck Crew-
neck-t-shirt, which looked trendy, while my friend bought a lot of other stuff.
Made entirely with cotton fabric, the t-shirt was best for casual wear. After
using it for a day, I gave it away for a wash, and to my surprise, all the Donald
duck prints in the t-shirt faded away with one detergent wash, leaving away
only the fabric spots. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the fabric
used in the t-shirt and with the tactics used by the seller, who brainwashed me
to buy cheap clothes at low prices. After this incident, I refrained from buying
anything from the street as it made me understand that some items may save
money because they’re cheap, but their quality will always be poor.
