a design and
production planning
engineer backed
by business development
experience and
currently I am doing
my Master’s in
Advanced manufacturing
at TU Chemnitz.

My strength
is my ability
to act decisively
and focus
externally and internally
to seek opportunities
for continuous improvement.
I’m a person who always
likes to take responsibility.

From the beginning

of my professional journey
at Versa Drives Pvt. Ltd.,
I took the responsibility
for prototype development
and collaborated with
cross functional teams
which made me a better professional.

Moreover, I find my
4+ years of professional
journey as an opportunity
to demonstrate
my strengths and skills.
As a design and planning engineer
for SS engineering works,
after doing
continuous experiments
and also optimizing tool path,
I was able to reduce scraps
from 17% to 12% and
got me promotion
within 1 and a half years.
Along with that,
my successful completion
of my revenue target
of Rs.426000
which is aprrox. 4800 Euro
during my training at BYJU’S,
is a solid proof that
I can be flexible and
adapt to changing
work conditions when needed.
Moreover, I believe
Education is for knowledge,
and knowledge is to share,
to create a positive impact.
As a volunteer in teaching yoga,
I not only got the opportunity
to share my knowledge
but
engaging with people
of different age groups
and training them,
developed my organizational
skills as well.
