“I have been a design and production planning engineer backed by business development

experience and am currently doing my Master’s in Advanced manufacturing at TU Chemnitz.

My strength is my ability to act decisively and focus externally and internally to seek opportunities
for continuous improvement.

I always like to take responsibility. I believe taking ownership will make me a better leader. From the
beginning of my professional journey at Versa Drives Pvt. Ltd., I took the responsibility for prototype
development and collaborated with cross functional teams which made me a better professional.

Moreover, I find my 4+ years of professional journey as an opportunity to demonstrate my skills. As

a design and planning engineer for SS engineering works, after continuous experiments and also
optimizing tool path, I was able to reduce scraps from 17% to 12%. Along with that, my successful
completion of my revenue target of Rs.426000 which is aprrox. 4800Euro during my training at
BYJU’S, is a solid proof that I can be flexible and adapt to changing work conditions when needed.

Moreover, I believe Education is for knowledge, and knowledge is to share, to create a positive
impact. As a volunteer in teaching yoga, I not only got the opportunity to share my knowledge but
engaging with people of different age groups and training them, developed my organizational skills.

So, What I’m looking for, is a company which values and respects its employees from day 1, where I
could join a strong team and add value to and thereby, I could produce a positive return on
investments for, by involving in exciting projects by inventing, reapplying and developing
