IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Reporting Time at the Examination/Test Centre is 30 MINUTES before attendance time. No entry will be allowed
into the Examination Centre after attendance time.
2. Candidates are required to produce an Original and Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
compulsorily for appearing in the Examination/Test. Without an Original and Valid CNIC, No Candidate will be
allowed to appear in the Examination/Test.
3. In Case, your CNIC has expired or reported lost, you shall be allowed to appear in the examination/test on the
production of a Valid Original Passport, or any other valid/authentic original document for the satisfaction of the
Centre Incharge.
4. For candidates under the age of 18, are required to produce original B-Form and Matriculation Certificate or any
other document that contains the picture identity.
 5. Possession or use of Books, Bags, and Electronic Gadgets, including Cell Phones, Smart watches, are Strictly
Prohibited in the Examination Premises. Anyone who possesses these gadgets will be liable to be disqualified.
6. Consulting or taking help from another person (s) or resource (s) from outside the examination/Test Centre
during the exam will be liable to be disqualified.
7. Copying questions or answers on paper and taking them outside the exam/Test room strictly prohibited.
8. Threatening / Misbehaving with the examination/Testing staff will be liable to be disqualified.
9. This Slip is valid for this specific test only, not valid for any other test.
10. Failure to observe these instructions shall render you liable to any of the following penalties:
a. Cancellation of paper.
b. Registration of a criminal case if you are found indulging in cheating or any criminal act, i.e., forgery,
impersonation, etc.
c. Temporary or permanent disqualification from applying or appearing in any Examination/Test conducted or
to be conducted.
d. Any other action that the Commission/committee deems fit.
