PLEASE MAKE A COMPILED PDF OF ALL THESE DOCUMENTS
BEFORE PROCEEDING

1. An Application addressing the grievances to the Hon’ble Chief Minister.

2. Latest Bona fide Certificate from the institute stating that the applicant is a
bona fide student of their institute (please make sure to include details of
the course, present semester/year in the certificate).
3. Certificate of Identification (COI) of the student (optional).
4. Sikkim Subject Certificate/Certificate of Identification of the applicant's
father
5. Birth Certificate of the student.
6. A copy of aadhar of the student.
7. A copy of Voter card of the student (optional).
8. A copy of Voter card of the guardian.
9. Pass certificate/Marks card of previous class/semester/year.
10. Fee structure of the course.
11. A copy of Bank passbook of the student containing the details of account.
12. NOC from Panchayat members (5 nos.) stating that there is no one from
the family who is employed under the government.
