The Tab bar. Each of these tabs contains a number of icons which execute various commands.

This is The Ribbon. You can easily hide it or show it by pressing Ctrl + F1.
The icons form separate groupings, or blocks. Some of these groupings can be expanded by clicking on the little button down right.
In the bottom of the screen you see another bar that contains
the Read Mode, Print Layout and Web Layout buttons. They
can be used in order to organize the text in various ways.
Next, you can technically zoom in and out if you prefer to see
the letters in a smaller or bigger size. Be careful though, as this
does not change the font size of your text - it just displays the
text in a different way to help you see it better. It does not
apply any formatting to the content!

These are the Undo and Redo buttons. Word records all your
actions and you can restore any action you like. The shortcuts
If you only press the Alt key you will be able to very quickly
navigate through the tabs and execute commands. If you press
Alt and then any of these letters, you will open the respective
tab. Or, you can press Alt and a number to use commands from
the Quick Access Toolbar.
You can insert any command in Word in the Quick Access Toolbar. You can right
click on the button and then press Add to Quick Access Toolbar. Also, you can
very easily remove the functionality from there – all you need to do is right click
on it and then press Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.
