Note:
1. * marked item is mandatory for castings, highlighted specifically in Purchase Order as per Pressure
Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC – May 1997.
2. For above castings, Material Test Certificates should be as per EN 10204-3.1.B & the castings should be
suitably identified.
3. For MESC SPE 77/302 , Carbon content shall be 0.25% weight max. Average energy value of the three
specimen shall be 27 J & 21 J for single specimen.
