BluSmart is India's first and largest fully-electric ride hailing service with a 4.9 star rated
customer experience. Currently has a fleet of 2500+ cars operating in Delhi & NCR region and
are gradually expanding their base. Recently they have launched operations In Bangalore.

BluSmart Mobility is the parent Holdco entity (No operations) which has 3 entities:
● Blu Charge (Has a network of charging stations & charging Infra)
● Blu Tech (BluSmart App and tech support is housed under this entity similar to Ola/Uber)
● Blu Fleet (Houses the actual operation i.e leasing of vehicles from corporates, Cars
being let out to driver for 8 hrs , trip management, car maintenance etc)

Founded Gensol Group in 2007 and has led it to today being a large service oriented company
with a team of 600 engineers & technicians. Gensol Group is a leading renewable energy
design, engineering, project management firm with 19 GW of experience in 14 countries.
